Lenoir City Central Park "Little Free Library"

My daughter Michal’s Little Free Library Charter #129371 was installed Friday at Lenoir City Central Park! She put in the first 100 books! She hopes to inspire little’s with a love for reading by building book access at the park.  

LFL is very special because the books are free!! Many parents don’t make it to the public library, have a library card, and want to deal with late fees..etc. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is another fantastic resource, yet many families are not signed up for the book gifting program.

My daughter hopes her LFL can help bridge the literacy gap in the community by having books available at one of the busiest parks 24/7. She will continuously work on keeping the library stocked with quality children’s books.
